HR Policy
We are a 100% statutory compliant company. We recruit personnel from across the country. The guards will be between 18 and 45 years of age and qualified to do their assigned job. Their education certificate and Identity are verified. A dossier is maintained on each individual which consists of their biodata, finger prints, character and antecedent verification, education certificates etc. A copy of the same is given to the client.

Training
We have a well equipped Training Academy where our personnel undergo training in various aspects of security as per PSAR Act 2005. The training focuses on the following

Operations
Drill. Mounting and Dismounting Drill is carried out every day during shift change. The following activities take place during mounting:
- Fall in 15 mins before shift change
- Supervisor checks turn out
- Checks personnel as per duty roster
- Briefs about any incident or visits or any other events planned at the premises of the client.
- Carries out brief drill
- Disperses to respective duty posts for taking over duty
